HTML language uses elements to separate content into an easy to read format. An element is made up of an opening tag, closing tag and some sort of content inbetween.
Tags are used to specify the type of information that is placed inbetween them. Tags consist of an oppening and closing tag, where the closing tag is identical to the opening with a forward slash (/) placed in front (<tag> </tag>).Types of Tags.
